The aim of this work was to elaborate a method combining the high concentrating potential of capillary isotachophoresis with high selectivity potential of capillary zone electrophoresis for the determination of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate in human serum. For coupling of ITP(-CZE) with MS, a new interface was developed and tested in ITP-ITP mode.

Cílem práce bylo vypracovat metodu kombinující vysoký koncentrační potenciál kapilární izotachoforézy s vysokým selektivním potenciálem kapilárně zónové elektroforézy pro stanovení 5-metyltetrahydrofolátu v lidském séru. Pro spojení ITP(-CZE) s MS bylo sestrojeno nové spojení a testováno metodou ITP-ITP.
