Carbon paste electrode was used as a sensitive sensor for analysis of some amino- (e.g. adenine, 2-aminopurine, 2,6-diaminopurine) in the presence of Cu(II) with the aim to find the character of electrode processes and complex structure. Determination was performed by means of stripping technique in connection with cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and elimination voltammetry.

Uhlíková pastová elektroda byla využita jako citlivý sensor pro analýzu některých aminopurinů (např. adenin, 2-aminopurin, 2,6-diaminopurin) s cílem zjistit charakter elektrodového procesu a strukturu vzniklého komplexu. Stanovení bylo provedeno pomocí adsorptivní techniky s využitím cyklické voltametrie, diferenční pulzní voltametrie a eliminační voltametrie.
