    By combination of molecular and computational approaches the mutant p53 function in specific gene regulation via binding to non-canonical DNA structures in chromatin was presented.

    Spojením molekulárních a výpočetních metod byla demonstrována funkce mutantního p53 proteinu při specifické genové regulaci vazbou proteinu k nekanonickým DNA strukturám v chromatinu.
