The influence of the particle size on chemical reactions in nanoscale particles is studied theoretically. The dependence of the rate on chemical reaction on the particle size is considered by the example of silicon nanoparticle oxidation.
Vliv velikosti částic na chemické reakce v nanočásticích je studován teoreticky. Závislost rychlosti chemické reakce na velikosti částic je posuzována na příkladu oxidace nanočástice křemíku.
