In our study we tested effect of natural (17 β-estradiol, estron, estriol) and artificial (17 α-ethynylestradiol) estrogens on capacitation and acrosome reaction of boar sperm in vitro. Chlortetracycline (CTC) fluorescent assay, immunofluorescent staining and vitality estimation were used to investigate the effect of estrogens . Percentage of capacitated spermatozoa with 17 β-estradiol were slightly increase compared with untreated control.
