Příspěvek charakterizuje morfostrukturní složení vyvýšeniny Bohutický les na základě různých metod geologického a geomorfologického výzkumu včetně podrobného mapování (prezentovány jsou geologické a geomorfologické mapy). Zkoumané území se nachází ve složité geotektonické pozici na okraji České vysočiny v kontaktu s Vnějšími karpatskými sníženinami a bylo tak silně ovlivněno neotektonickými procesy v předpolí Alpsko-karpatského orogénu. Syntetická část příspěvku hodnotí vlivy neotektoniky a litologie jakožto dvou klíčových faktorů při vývoji oblastních tvarů reliéfu.

The contribution characterizes the morphostructural composition of the Bohutický les Upland on the basis of various methods of geological and geomorphological research including the detailed mapping (presented are geological and geomorphological maps). The territory is located in the complicated geotectonical position on the margin of the Bohemian Highlands in contact with the Outer Carpathian Depressions that was strongly affected with the neotectonic processes in the foreland of the Alpine-Carpathian Orogen. Synthetic part comprises the proposal of the geomorphological development and two morphostructural maps evaluating the effects of neotectonics and lithology as two crucial factors for the evolution of local landforms.
