Various layers of solar cell were characterized both optically by method transmittance, reflectance and PDS and electrically by method FTPS. Optical constants and electronic quality was assessed. The theoretical limit efficiency was then calculated by numerical optical model.

Různé vrstvy solárního článku byly charakterizovány jak opticky metodou transmise, reflexe a PDS, tak elektricky metodou FTPS. Byly určeny optické konstanty a kvalita materiálu. Numerickým optickým modelem byla spočtena limitní teoretická účinnost.
