    In the present study we attempted to correlate the scalar coupling constants for the backbone, sugar pucker, and sugar to base orientation in the dinucleoside monophosphates with the NMR experiment. The calculated scalar couplings were confronted with the empirical Karplus relations.

    V předkládané studii korelujeme skalární kaplingy pro páteř, cukerný pucker, a orientaci cukru k bázi v dinukleosidech monofosfátech NMR experimentem. Vypočtené kaplingy byly konfrontovány s empirickými Karplusovými zavislostmi.
