    Cell attachment on materials with different hydrophobicity and composition was tested. During the experiments the microscopic observation and later image analysis were used for monitoring of Rhodococcus erythropolis biofilm formation. Attached cells were stained with SYTO13 (Invitrogen) and analysed by fluorescent and confocal mycroscopy

    Byla sledována adheze bakterie Rhodococcus erythropolis na povrch několika polymerních materiálů s různou hydrofobitou. Adherované buňky byly obarveny fluorescenční barvou Syto 13 (Invitrogen) a pozorovány fluorescenční a konfokální mikroskopií. Míra osídlení daného povrchu byla stanovena metodou analýzy obrazu
