Using the immunoprecipitation assay with magnetic beads we studied interactions of wild type and mutant p53, as well as four isoforms of protein p73, with various DNA substrates.
Pomocí imunoprecipitační assay a magnetických kuliček jsme studovali interakce wild type a mutantní p53 a čtyř isoforem proteinu p73 s různými DNA substráty.
