CD spectroscopy has great potential to evaluate the structure of porphyrine-polypeptide conjugates and to reveal the changes of oligopeptide structures indicated by interactions with porphyrins.
CD spektroskopie vykazuje velký potenciál pro vyhodnocování struktury konjugátů porfyrinů s polypeptidy a pro zjišťování změn ve struktuře oligopeptidů na základě jejich interakcí s porphyriny.
