Surfaces of SrTiO₃ ceramic samples were investigated by piezoresponse force microscopy and the observed signal was explained by flexoelectricity and effect of polar grain boundaries.

Povrch keramickch vzorků SrTiO₃ byl studován mikroskopií piezoelektrických sil a pozorovaný signál byl vysvětlen flexoelektrickým jevem a vlivem polárních hranic zrn.
