    We studied the interfacial properties of in vitro treated wild type AS by means of constant current stripping analysis, square wave voltammetry and a.c. impedance measurements with carbon or hanging mercury drop electrode. These results show new potentialities of electrochemical studies of AS molecules in Parkinson disease.

    Studovali jsme mezifázové vlastnosti wild typu AS in vitro (míchaného při 37oC) pomocí chronopotenciometrie s konstantním proudem, voltametrie a a.c. impedance ve spojení s uhlíkovou a rtuťovou kapkovou elektrodou. Naše výsledky ukazují nový potenciál elektrochemického studia AS molekul v Parkinsonově nemoci.
