In this work was monitor metabolisation of chlorobenzoates in plant cell cultures during 14 days of cultivation. There was identified degradation products, measured residual concentration in plant biomass and cultivation media.
V této práci byla sledována chopnost rostlinných tkáňových kultur metabolisovat chlorbenzoové kyseliny během 14 denní kultivace. Byla měřena koncentrace chlorbenzoátů v rostlinné biomase, kultivačním mediu a identifikovány některé dehradační produkty.
