The study showed the successful treatment of the bone bridge of distal physis by the autologous or allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells seeded in a composite scaffold, accompanied by significantly increased bone length and decreased valgus deformity.
Studie prokázala úspěšnou terapii kostního můstku distální růstové ploténky pomocí autologních nebo alogenních mesenchymálních kmenových buněk v kompozitním scaffoldu, tato byla doprovázena signifikantně vyšší délkou a nižší valgózní deformací kosti.
