The one-cell-stage embryo can give rise to all cell types. We review early embryo changes in DNA methylation and covalent histone modifications with a speacial attention to the case of cell nuclear transfer as the aberrant reprogramming may be responsible for compromised development of cloned embryos.
Jednobuněčné embryo dává základ všem buněčným typům. V tomto přehledu diskutujeme časné změny v DNA methylaci a kovalentních histonových modifikacích se speciálním zřetelem k jevům po jaderném transferu, neboť nesprávná reprogramace může být důvodem omezeného vývoje klonovaných embryí.
