Vzhledem k tomu, že v posledních téměř dvou desetiletích nebyla provedena analýza s tímto tématem, provedl autor sumarizaci výsledků historiografického výzkumu, hlavních tendencí a základních problémů komunistického hnutí v Československu v období let 1918-1948.

There is no similar analysis of this topic in almost last two decades has been done. The author dealt with the summarisation of results of historigraphical research, its main tendencies and basic difficulties of the communist movement in Czechoslovakia in the period of 1918-1948.
