    Shybka i skuteczna metoda osadzania hydrosyapatytu na polimerze resorbowalnym przeznaczonym dla inzynierii tkankowej

    A novel method of hydroxyapatite (HAP) deposition on poly(glycolide co-L-lactide) (PGLA) is presented. PGLA films were submitted to subsequent soaking in calcium chloride and potassium phosphate to create apatite nuclei on PGLA surface. Applied soaking considerably reduced time of hydroxyapatite deposition from simulated body fluid (SBF) from 10-15 days to 2-3 days. Human osteoblast-like cells (MG 63) better adhere and proliferate on PGLA/HAP surface than on control materials

    Byla vyvinuta nova metoda depozice hydroxyapatitu (HAP) na kopolymer glykolidu a L-laktidu (PGLA). Tenké vrstvy PGLA byly ponořeny do roztoku chloridu vápenatého a fosfátu draselného za účelem vytvoření jader apatitu na povrchu PGLA. Tento postup značně urychlil depozici hydroxyapatitu ze simulované tělní tekutiny (SBF), a to z 10-15 dnů na 2-3 dny. Lidské kostní buňky linie MG 63 lépe adherovaly a rostly na površích PGLA s HAP než na kontrolních materiálech
