We assessed adhesion and growth of endothelial cells on PET prosteses impregnated with collagen, laminin, fibrin and fibrin/fibronectin exposed to shear stress. The highest initial adhesion and growth were observed on prostheses coated with laminin and the highest cell retention under shear stress was on fibrin and fibrin/fibronectin
Hodnotili jsme adhezi a růst endotelových buněk na PET protézách impregnovaných kolagenem, lamininem, fibrinem a fibronektinem vystavených shear stresu. Nejvyšší adhezi a růst jsme pozorovali na protéze potažené lamininem a nejvyšší retence buněk byla v shear stresu na povrchu fibrinu a fibrinu/fibronektinu
