    We evaluated influence of nanoroughness on adhesion, growth and differentiation of MG 63 cells. We observed that optimal roughness RA was 100 nm. On this surface we observed increased cell proliferation and bright staining for osteocalcin, a marker of osteogenic differentiation

    Hodnotili jsme vliv nanodrsností na adhezi, růst a diferenciaci lidských osteoblastů. Zjistili jsme, že optimální drsnost RA je 100 nm. Na tomto povrchu jsme pozorovali signifikantně vyšší proliferaci a buňky byly výrazněji barveny na osteokalcin marker osteogenní diferenciace
