Rapid-resolution HPLC/DAD/MS separation (in less then 1 min) was optimized for determination and identification of isoflavones in fmol quantities and submicrolitre sample volumes. Method was verified using real samples of soya, Trifolium pratense, Iresine herbstii and Ononis spinosa. Pseudobaptigenin glucoside, irilone, prunetin, texasin, tlatlancuayin and other isoflavones, in addition to aglycones of isoflavones and their -glucosides and malonyl- and acetyl- derivates, were identified in the extracts

Kromě glykosidu pseudobaptigeninu, irilonu, prunetinu, texasinu, tlatlancuayinu a dalších isoflavonů byly v extraktech identifikovány i jejich aglykony, -glykosidy, malonyl- a acetyl- deriváty
