    Five forms of xyloglucan endotransglycosylase (XET) differing in isoeletric points (6.9, 6.3, 5.5, 4.7 and 4.4) were observed and studied in the protein mixture obtained from nasturtium (Tropaeolum majus) seeds.

    V proteinové směsi ze semen nasturtia (Tropaeolum majus) bylo pozorováno a studováno pět forem xyloglucan endotransglycosylasy (XET) lišících se v izoelektrických bodech (6.9, 6.3, 5.5, 4.7 a 4.4).
