Seminář se věnoval analýze regionálních disparit ve finanční dostupnosti nájemního bydlení mezi kraji ČR. V rámci semináře byla prezentována problematika měření finanční dostupnosti bydlení i dostupných zdrojů dat pro výpočet indikátorů finanční dostupnosti a zároveň byla diskutována použitá metodologie výpočtu, jež se vypořádává s nedostatkem dat. Dále byly prezentovány vybrané výsledky analýzy regionálních disparit ve finanční dostupnosti nájemního bydlení v ČR v letech 2000 - 2006; zejména se seminář zaměřoval na vývoj finanční dostupnosti pro různé skupiny domácností v jednotlivých krajích ve sledovaném období, na vývoj regionálních rozdílů v tomto období ve finanční dostupnosti pro různé typy domácností a také na analýzu rozdílné struktury domácností podle různých kategorií finanční dostupnosti bydlení v jednotlivých krajích.

The seminar addressed an analysis of regional disparities in rental housing affordability in the Czech Republic. In the seminar, the issue of measuring housing affordability and the lack of relevant data set(s) were discussed; therefore, alternative methodology for measurement of housing affordability that makes it possible to overcome the problem of insufficient data was presented. Additionally, selected results of analysis of regional disparities in rental housing affordability in the Czech Republic in the period 2000 – 2006 were presented. The presentation focused particularly on the development of housing affordability for different clusters of household in individual regions in this period, on the development of regional differences in housing affordability for different types of household in this period and on the analysis of different household structure in individual regions based on different categories of housing affordability.
