    We report on the self-organized strip-like structure observed on the surface of (Nd0.33Eu0.20Gd0.47)Ba2Cu3O7-δ single-crystal, with period of a few houdreds of nm. TEM revealed a similar strip-like structure also in the crystal volume, however, with much smaller periodicity. Nonsuperconducting strip-like regions along twin boundaries were revealed.

    Na povrchu krystalu (Nd0.33Eu0.20Gd0.47)Ba2Cu3O7-δ byla pozorována struktura proužkových defektů o periodě několika stovek nm. Tato struktura vzniká vlastní organizací. V objemu krystalu byla pomocí transmisní elektronové mikroskopie pozorována podobná struktura, ale s mnohem nižší periodou. Podél hranic dvojčatění byly pozorovány nanoskopické oblasti nesupravodivé fáze.
