Novel technique of biomaterial surface modification through molecular assemblies of copolymers on polyester surfaces was developed. The molecular characteristics of copolymer films and the surface topology of biomimetic groups thus obtained was described and discussed.
Byla vyvinuta nová metoda modifikace povrchu biomateriálu samoasociací blokových kopolymerů na polyesterových površích. Byla studovány a jsou diskutovány molekulární vlastnosti kopolymerních filmů a topografie rozložení biomimetických skupin na povrchu získané touto metodou.
