Hungtington's disease is the most common and well-studied polyglutamine neurodegenerative disorder. In order to facilitate studies of pathogenesis and therapeutics of HD we prepare the generation of a large animal model, a transgenic minipig.
Hungtingtonova choroba je nejběžnější a nejlíp studovatelná neurodegenerativní choroba. Abychom ulehčili studium patogeneze a terapie HD, připravili jsme generaci velkého zvířecího modelu, transgenního miniprasete.
