Adenine, 2-aminopurine, and 2,6-diaminopurine were analysed in the presence of copper(II) ions by cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry and elimination voltammetry in connection of carbon paste electrode. Using selected elimination functions differences in electrochemical behaviour of these purine derivatives were revealed.
Adenin, 2-aminopurin a 2,ž-diaminopurin byly analyzovány v přítomnosti iontů Cu(II) pomocí cyklické volumetrie, chronopotentiometrie a eliminační voltametrie ve spojení s uhlíkovou pastovou elektrodou. Využitím vybraných eliminačních funkcí byly nalezeny v elektrochemickém chování těchto purinových derivátů.
