    We have studied the interfacial properties of wild-type AS and the course of its aggregation in vitro using electrochemical analysis, fluorescence and dynamic light scattering. Our recent results suggested that electrochemical methods may be useful in the research of alpha-synuclein aggregation and particularly of formation of the oligomeric intermediates.

    Studovali jsme mezifázové vlastnosti AS a také jeho agregaci in vitro (mícháním při 37 st. C) pomocí dynamického rozptylu světla, fluorescence a elektrochemických metod. Naše výsledky demonstrují schopnost využití elektrochemických metod ke studiu alpha-synukleinovou agregaci a zejména formaci oligomerních intermediátů.
