We systematically studied all main types of transposable elements and tandem repeats in Silene latifolia and constructed catalogue of these elements. We discuss mechanisms of elements spreading in recombining and non-recombining parts of genome.
Systematicky jsme studovali transposony a tandemové repetice u Silene latifolia a vytvořili jsme katalog těchto elementů. Diskutujeme mechanismy jejich šíření v rekombinujících i nerekombinujících částech genomu.
