Tests were conducted to determine the effects of methanolic extracts from three Knotweed species on feeding, development and mortality of larvae Spodoptera littoralis. All extracts significantly decreased the larvae growth. The most efficient extract was from R. x bohemica.
Byl testován vliv methanolických extraktů ze tří druhů křídlatek na krmení, vývoj a mortalitu larev druhu Spodoptera littoralis. Všechny extrakty prokazatelně snížily růst larev. Nejvyšší účinnost byla zaznamenaná u extraktu z křídlatky české.
