Na základě analýzy dvou dochovaných instrukcí Ferdinanda I. se studie pokouší podat základní charakteristiku podoby tzv. pážecí služby u dvora habsburského panovníka v polovině 16. století. Její nedílnou součást tvoří edice obou dokumentů.

The article is trying to give an essential characteristic of so called pages´ waiting at the court of the Habsburg monarch in the mid-16th century on the basis of analysis of two preserved Ferdinand´s I directives. An edition of both documents makes an integral part of the study.
