By means of an optical diffraction sensor (DOE) and ellipsometry we investigated the influence of morphology and surface roughness of titanium samples on the adsorption of human blood plasma fibrinogen (HPF) and oligodeocynucleotides (ODN). We investigated optical parameters of the surface of titanium samples in a buffer solution and the change of optical parameters after the addition of fibrinogen and/or oligodeoxynucleotide to the buffer.
Pomocí optického difrakčního senzoru (DOE) a elipsometrie jsme sledovali vliv morfologie a drsnosti povrchů titanových vzorků na adsorpci fibrinogenu lidské krevní plazmy (HPF) a oligodeoxynukleotidů (ODN). sledovali jsme optické parametry povrchu titanových vzorků v roztoku pufru a změnu optických parametrů po přidání fibrinogenu, případně oligodeoxynukleotidu do pufru.
