Six valent osmium ligand complexes [Os(VI)L] react with 1,2-diol groups and potential target of modification are mono- and poly-saccharide molecules, glycoproteins and 3' ends of oligoribonucleotides. We showed that electroactive label can be introduced in the nucleoside and nucleotide ribose residues using six-valent osmium complexes.
Komplexy šestimocného osmia [Os(VI)L] reagují s 1,2-diolovými skupinami a mohou tak potenciálně modifikovat mono- a poly-sacharidové molekuly, glykoproteiny a 3' konce oligoribonukleotidů. Ukázali jsme, že pomocí šestimocného osmia mohou být zavedeny elektroaktivní značky do ribózových zbytků nukleosidů a nukleotidů.
