Retinoic acid induced neural differentiation in embryonal carcinoma cells P19. antioxidants and inhibitors of NADPH oxidases modulates redox state of P19 cells. Markers of differentiation after antioxidant treatment were observed.

Embryonální nádorová buněčná linie P19 je schopna pod vlivem kyseliny retinové diferencovat do neurálních buněk. Pomocí antioxidantů a inhibitorů NADPH oxidáz jsme modulovali redoxní stav těchto buněk a sledovali markery diferenciace.
