Based on several recent experimental data we have postulated hypothesis that epigenetic modification of ribosomal rRNA genes (rDNA) can significantly influence stability of these loci in allopolyploids after the merger of two diverged genomes.
Na základě nedávných experimentálních výsledků jsme v této práci postulovali hypotézu, že epigenetická modifikace genů pro ribosomální RNA může významným způsobem ovlivňovat stabilitu rodičovských genů v allopolyploidním jádře.
