The topic of interest is the liquid-liquid extraction of tall soap from the paper mill Mondi Business Paper SCP, s.c. Ružomberok in Slovakia. In the first part of this paper the effect of addition of sulphuric acid on yield of valuable compounds especially phytosterols, fatty and resin acids with use of hexane as solvent is studied. This process has not yet been described in information sources in detail. In the second part the effect of added quantity and type of deemulsifier on formation of foam and emulsion within the extraction process is studied.

Předmětem zájmu je extrakce kapalina-kapalina tálového mýdla z papírny Mondi Business Paper SCP, a.s. Ružomberok na Slovensku. Náplní příspěvku je studium vlivu přídavku kyseliny sírové na výtěžek cenných látek, zejména fytosterolů a mastných a pryskyřičných kyselin za použití hexanu jako extrakčního činidla. Tato problematika nebyla dosud v literatuře podrobně studována. Druhou oblastí bylo porovnání vlivu množství a typu deemulgátoru na tvorbu pěny a emulzí v extrahovaném systému.
