The subject of this contribution is to show possibilities of X-ray powder diffraction in material research. As the examples are given: a steel sprocket wheel, NiTi shape memory Micro-wires, Cracks in FeAl alloys, and zeolite MFI membrane.
Předmětem příspěvku je ukázat možnosti rtg difrakce v materiálovém výzkumu. Jako příklady byly použity: ocelové kolo převodovky, NiTi mikro drát s tvarovou pamětí, praskliny ve slitinách FeAl a membrány zeolitu MFI.
