On Sept 8–11, 2004, an international musicological conference "The Work of Antonín Dvořák (1841–1904) was held in Prague on the occassion of hundredth anniversary of composer’s death. In this volume, the original programme of the the conference and abstracts of all announced papers are reprinted. The papers that have been revised and made ready for publication both by their authors and by the editors are presented here in the order in which they appeared in the course of the conference and published in working languages of the conference i.e. in English and in German.

Ve dnech 8. - 11. září 2004 se v Praze uskutečnila mezinárodní muzikologická konference "Dílo Antonína Dvořáka (1841-1904)", konaná u příležitosti 100. výročí skladatelova úmrtí. V tomto svazku přetiskujeme původní program konference a abstrakty všech ohlášených příspěvků. Příspěvky, které jejich autoři i editoři revidovali a připravili pro tisk, jsou zde publikovány v pořadí, v němž zazněly v průběhu konference a v jazycích, v nichž byly předneseny, tj. v angličtině a v němčině.
