The paper focuses on new approaches in the field of an electronic health record and structured health documentation in dentistry. The paper describes the evolution of the electronic health record named MUDRLite and its graphical component for dentists called DentCross. The summary of the features of the DentCross component is followed by a brief description of automatic speech recognition module.

Práce se zabývá novými přístupy v oblasti elektronického zdravotního záznamu a strukturovanou zdravotní dokumentací v zubním lékařství. Práce popisuje vývoj elektronického zdravotního záznamu MUDRLite a jeho grafické komponenty zubního kříže. Po souhrnu charakteristik komponenty zubního kříže následuje krátký popis modulu pro automatické rozpoznávání řeči.
