    The gene cluster including the genes oxd (aldoxime dehydratase), ami (amidase) and nha1-nha2 and subunits of nitrile hydratase) together with genes for transcriptional regulators from R. erythropolis A4 was isolated and characterized. The promoters of the cluster were cloned in the promoter-probe vector pEPR1 and their activity in R. erythropolis was analyzed using the fluorescence of the gfp reporter gene

    Shluk genů zahrnující geny oxd (aldoximdehydratasa), ami (amidasa) and nha1-nha2 (podjednotka nitrilhydratasy) spolu s geny pro transkripční regulátory z R. erythropolis A4 byl izolován a charakterizován. Promotory genového shluku byly klonovány v promoter-probe vektoru pEPR1 a jejich aktivita byla analyzována s použitím měření fluorescence produkované reportérovým genem gfp
