The aim of the study was to show whether primary colonization of SCID mice with Lactobacillus rhamnosus affects the development of the experimental ulcerative colitis. Immunodeficient SCID mice were born to ex-germ-free mothers monocolonized with L. rhamnosus. L. rhamnosus prevented development of DSS-induced inflammation in conventional SCID mice

Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda primární kolonizace SCID myší L. rhamnosus přirozenou cestou od matek je dostačující, aby zabránila vzniku DSS-enterokolitidy. Zjistili jsme, že tuto ochranu lze navodit
