The aim of this study was differentation of polycentric rumen fungus of genera Anearomyces using modern methods of molecular biology. Six polycentric anaerobic fungi isolated from cow, lama and bison were identified as Anearomyces strains and analyzed for variability in internal transcribed spacers and fibrolytic activities.
