In this papir, the dynamic properties of a very simple torsional undamped system connected by a driving motor with limited power is studied. The courses of the eigenfrequencies and response curves of such a system are presented and analyzed. The induced damping depends on the slope of the driving motor as well as on the structure of the system, and it can reach even aperiodic damping.
