Příspěvek se zabýbá porovnávacími pravotočivými tepelnými oběhy tvořenými třemi vratnými změnami, jako částmi oběhů složitějších nebo kombinovaných. pro sedm těchto oběhů jsou uvedeny vztahy pro objemový a tlakový poměr, bezrozměrný měrný výkon a tepenou účinnost jako funkce teplotního poměru oběhu a příslušné hodnoty a průběhy jsou porovnýny jednak navzájem, jednak s těmi pro Carnotův oběh.

The paper deals with the air-standard cycles of thermal engines consisting of three reversible processes. Such cycles may be used for comparison of various cycles and and in analyses of more complex or combined cycles. For seven cycles formulae of vol- and pressure- compression ratios and of dimensionless specific power output and thermal efficiency as functions of temperature ratio of the cycle are given and their values.
