    For the purpose of estimation of the effect of elevated temperatures and admixtures a new technique of nucleation pulse generation has been developed. The technique has been complemented by the recently developed condensation wave method and by numerical simulation. Our complex investigation does not revealany substantial influence of O_2 and CO_2 neither on nucleation rate nor on droplet growth, even at the volume concentration of 10
