The first occurrence of the boron minerals hulsite, szaibelyite and fluoroborite in Czech Republic has been found in borate skarn of Zlatý Kopec tin-deposit. The origin of these minerals derives from solutions of tin-rich granites. This process is accompanied by intense hydrothermal alteration of different types of skarn and multiple remobilization of cassiterite.
