In this paper a new concept of temperature controller for laser head based on the laser diode VCSEL is presented. A fast DSP controller equipped by a self-learning algorithm for identification of the PID parameters of the laser diode setup was used. During experiments, noise of the temperature controller signal chain below 0.25 mK was suppressed.
