11. svazek řady Práce z dějin vědy přináší referáty, příspěvky a záznamy z diskusí, jež zazněly v průběhu mezinárodní vědecké konference. Konference tvoří součást cyklu Česká věda ve dvacátém století. Obsah sborníku ovšem není zcela identický s průběhem konferenčního dění.

Eleventh volume of Studies into History of Sciences and Humanities contains papers, contributions and minutes from discussions as they took place at the international scientific conference. The event was organized by the Research Centre for the History of Sciences and Humanities, founded by the Institue of Contemporary History of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Charles University Prague, as part of the project Czech Science in the 20th Century. The content of this volume, however, is not wholly identical with the programme of the conference.
