Administration of antigen trought mucosal surfaces modulates immune response to the antigen and can induce immunological hyporeactivity. Since soluble antigens have been shown to be more tolerogenic than corpuscular forms of antigens we prepared a panel of synthetic poptides (15-mers) corresponding to the immunodominant parts of the H- Kb molecule.
