    The preparation of assemblies consisting of multiple molecular layers of bovine serum albumin, monoclonal antibodies against horseradish peroxidase, and monoclonal antibodies against methotrexate, as well as interaction of the assemblies with human blood plasma were observed using a grating coupler and Young interferometer.
